Assisting in aircraft broker, lender, management/charter company and insurance selection and negotiations We regularly assist our clients in selecting aircraft brokers, lenders, management/charter companies and insurance brokers. We also negotiate broker agreements, bank term sheet and loan documentation, and management/charter company term sheets and definitive documentation. GKG Law is a member of NBAA, NARA, NAFA, NATA, HAI and many other industry trade associations.
